Title: accounts in applicable reports should be links to accounts' entry items pages
Description:
it would be nice if when looking at the financial reports the accounts shown in there were links to the accounts' entry item pages. This would allow the user to quickly go see the entries for any account that seems strange to them in the context of the report. They can already do that by going to the accounts page and clicking on the account, but this is quicker and more intuitive.
