Title: show notify setting state on invoice and bill view pages
Description:
would be better to be able to see whether an invoice or bill is set to notify the customer or the flowlog admin, respectively, on the invoice and bill view pages, instead of having to edit the invoice or bill to see that info. It currently shows the send date but not whether send is enabled or not.
