View issue

right now, when the current year has no blog posts the "body" of the page is just empty. This may make visitors think it is broken or that there have not been any blog posts at all. This is especially likely during the beginning of any given year.

When the current year has no blog posts we need to show a message so that the user knows it is not borken and that they can just click on the links for the previous years.
