Title: show issue status on view-issue page
Description:
When viewing the view-issue page for an issue, the issue's status (open, resolved) is not shown. This is confusing if viewing an issue from a bookmark, or a search where the status will not have been shown via the preceding issues summary page. Add issue status to the view-issue page.
