Title: ability to drop all entries for a given set of books
Description:
Right now, to "start over" on a set of books, the user only has the option to delete the whole set of books, which includes the set of books, the chart of accounts, and all entries. It would be nice if the user could just delete all entries for the given set of books, while keeping the set of books and the chart of accounts.
