Title: result(cr/dr) doesn't show on error redirect in entry edit page
Description:
when redirected back to the entry edit page due to a user error, the "result" column is not populated based on the previously selected "+/-" and "account" drop downs. the only way to repopulate the "result" column with the cr/dr value is to change one of the drop downs.
--needed js functions to preload cr/dr for create and edit views.
