Title: EntriesCreateController will try to create deprec_expense entry item when it shouldn't.

Description:

the EntriesCreateController will try to create a depreciation expense entry item automatically even for non Auto Book Depreciation users.

this is fixed in development and will be updated for flowlog.net when other related changes are finished.
